From an early age on, Tyler was bullied by his cousin Kurt all the time. Although Kurt was 2 years younger than Tyler, Kurt had always been stronger and more articulate. Kurt was always been favored and defended by the entire family. Since Tyler's coming out, they had given up all support for Tyler. The family was very conservative and quickly made it clear that they saw Teyler as a disgrace.
Tyler now lived in his own apartment on the other side of town and was glad that he was now in peace from his family and especially from Kurt. But one day Kurt surprisingly showed up at the door. After Tyler opened the door, Kurt walked in uninvited and inspected the apartment.
"Nice little apartment you've got there, little fag cousin," Kurt said.
Tyler wanted to tell him what he thought and throw him out. But instead he just said, "Thank you."
It was always the same: In Kurt's presence, Tyler felt so weak and defeated that he ended up doing everything Kurt wanted. Even when Kurt took a drink from the fridge without being asked, Tyler did nothing.
"Listen, cousin, I need you to do me a little favor," Kurt said.
"I recently met this girl and I think I finally got her ready to let me bang her. She even has time for me today. The only problem is that my parents are at home and it's not working at her home either. That's when I remembered that my cousin has his own pad here now. And so I thought you'd leave the apartment to us for a few hours."
"You mean... right now?” Tyler asked in shock.
"Yes, that's what I said. Listen up!" Kurt said angrily.
Tyler knew Kurt wouldn't take no.
"And how long exactly?" Tyler wanted to know.
Kurt shrugged.
"No idea. I'll call you when we're done. Until then, while away the time.”
Kurt sat down in the armchair and put his feet on the coffee table. It was typical of him that he confiscated Tyler's belongings and asked him to leave his own apartment as a matter of course.
"Sure. Let's do it then," Tyler said.
"I knew I could count on you. And now get out of here.”
Tyler quickly put on a jacket and shoes and left the building. Just as he reached the street, it started to rain. Then he suddenly realized that he hadn't taken anything with him apart from his smartphone. He had neither his keys nor his wallet with him. He quickly made home and run back to his apartment. He knocked on the door and asked Kurt to give him his wallet and keys. But Kurt doesn't open the door.
"Fuck off faggot! My girl's almost here!” Kurt yelled.
And so Tyler set off again.
Tyler wandered the cold, rainy streets for ages and the sun had already set when Kurt finally got in touch with him. In a text message, Kurt had written the following:
[Thank you cousin. I had a good time. I also left you a little gift as a thank you. Let's do that again soon.]
